PolyEsc provides an automated trading execution platform for prediction markets on the Polygon blockchain. Our services include automated order execution, strategy management, real-time market monitoring, and portfolio analytics tools. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All trading decisions executed by PolyEsc's systems operate within the parameters you configure.
Trading in prediction markets involves significant financial risk. By using PolyEsc, you acknowledge and accept that:
• Market prices are volatile and can change rapidly
• Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results
• You may lose some or all of your deployed trading capital
• Automated systems may experience technical failures, execution delays, or errors
• Smart contract risks, blockchain network issues, and third-party API failures can affect performance
• You are solely responsible for determining whether PolyEsc's services are appropriate for your risk tolerance and financial situation
By using PolyEsc, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for the security of your wallet credentials and connected accounts
• You will not use the service for illegal purposes, money laundering, or market manipulation
• You have independently assessed the legal status of prediction market trading in your location
PolyEsc uses EIP-7702 smart wallet delegation to execute trades on your behalf. This technology allows you to grant limited, specific trading permissions without transferring ownership or sharing private keys. You retain full custody of your assets. PolyEsc's execution contracts can only interact with the capital allocation you explicitly designate. This delegation is revocable at any time.
PolyEsc charges a monthly subscription fee for access to its trading platform. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable after the free trial period. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' prior notice to active subscribers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PolyEsc and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: trading losses, loss of profits, system downtime, smart contract failures, or third-party API outages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PolyEsc at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
